Neil Armstrong represented everything great about the once prestigious American Values. Like his country at that time, it was about conquering not by war, but by dreaming the big, the impossible and eventually conquering it with the power of sheer will and desire alone. He was a true American Hero. Sadly, the Values diluted and with it the term 'American Hero' lost it's virtue somewhere in the past decade and a half or so. That is not to say they won't ever return.
Let us dream big together and instead of sending men to wars, lets send them to Mars. What do you say America?
